Privacy Policy

InvBAS is designed as a local-first app. Your business records are stored on your device unless you choose to export, back up, email, or share them using Apple system services or another app.

Information stored by the app

The app may store business profile details, customers, invoices, payments, expenses, owner drawings, personal super contribution records, BAS summaries, settings, and exported files.

Where app data is stored

Current app records are stored locally on your device. InvBAS does not operate a custom server that receives your invoice, expense, BAS, tax summary, owner drawing, or super contribution records.

Exports, sharing, and backups

If you export a PDF, email an invoice, save a file, or share a backup, that exported information is handled by the destination you choose, such as Mail, Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, or another app. InvBAS backup files are not encrypted by the app, so you should store them only in locations you trust.

Accounts and cloud storage

The current app does not require an InvBAS account and does not operate a custom cloud database for your business records. App Store purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through your Apple ID.

Analytics and tracking

The current app does not include advertising tracking, third-party advertising SDKs, or analytics SDKs. We do not sell your personal information.

Support contact

When you contact support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, device or app details you include, and any screenshots or files you attach. Do not send sensitive business, tax, or client records unless support specifically asks for a redacted example.

Website data

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser, device, and request logs to deliver and secure the website.

Data deletion

You can delete records inside the app where deletion controls are provided, or remove local app data by deleting the app from your device. Exported files remain wherever you saved or shared them.

Children

InvBAS is intended for business record keeping and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
